KELLY B. BOSCHÉ

KELLY B. BOSCHÉ graduated cum laude from the University of California Irvine in 1983, and received her J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1986.  She is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of California and the federal district courts in California.

Mrs. Bosché specializes in commercial property matters. Typical legal matters involve negotiating, drafting, amending and interpreting real estate agreements including leases, amendments, work letter agreements for construction of tenant improvements in office, retail and industrial properties, vendor contracts, indemnity agreements, right of entry and license agreements, assignment and assumptions agreements, subleases, consents to subleases and assignments, reciprocal easement agreements, notes, UCC security agreements and estoppel certificates, and handling all related litigation matters, including breach of lease and unlawful detainer matters.

THOMAS S. BOSCHÉ

THOMAS S. BOSCHÉ received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1980, and J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1984.  He is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of California and the federal district courts in California, and is licensed as a real estate broker in California.

Mr. Bosché has successfully represented many corporate and individual clients on complex construction transactions and disputes, design/construction defect litigation, mechanics’ lien and other performance-related matters, real estate transactions and litigation, and broker liability disputes.
